How many hours could AI give your team back?
Pick an example team or describe your own: who's on it, what they're paid, and where their week goes. The estimate uses the same task library and method as HourBack's pilot reports.
Your team
Annual salary per person, before benefits. These are examples: change them to yours.
Where the week goes
The share of the team's week each task takes, and how AI could help with it. Time not listed (meetings, email, everything else) counts as no savings.
How the estimate works
The same method as a pilot readout, with your numbers instead of measured ones.
Hours. Each person works 40 hours a week. A task's hours are its share of the team's week. Tasks AI agents can run return 40–60% of their time, because a person still checks and approves the work. Tasks where AI assists return 15–30%. Work that should stay with people counts as nothing.
Value. Salaries are loaded by 1.3 for benefits, taxes and overhead, spread over 2,080 paid hours, and counted for 46 working weeks after holidays and leave.
Capacity or cost. The same hours, two ways to read them. Capacity is the time your team gets back for client work, growth and training without hiring. Cost is the loaded labor cost of that time.
What a pilot adds. Here you guess where the week goes. A pilot measures it on your team's own computers for four weeks, finds the tasks your list missed, and shows which ones AI can take on with the tools you already license.

A four-week pilot with one team measures where the time goes and which hours AI can return. We'll include the estimate you just built, so we start from your assumptions.
